Vision for the Stahl Building

The Historic Stahl Building is being restored with the intention of using half of the building for a new community gathering and event space. We are winding down Phase I: Getting the Building Ready For Use, and will be applying to change from Commercial to Mixed-Use/Assembly occupancy.

Upcoming projects include:

– Repointing and repairing the exterior brick facade
– Design and construction of a new patio area on the north end of the building
– Design and construction of a new Main Street facade
– Analysis and planning for second half of building, Bay 3 and Bay 4
